Melissa has been amazing from the start. After driving my wife and I around the greater DFW area she introduced us to the area that we eventually called home. Our home was a new build and she would send us video updates to show us its progress. When the house was finished I came out ahead of the family to set it up. I arrived a few days before our belongings. Melissa was kind enough to provide an inflatable mattress and bedding until our stuff arrived. If that wasn't enough she even got a gift for our daughters when they arrived. I expected moving across 3 states to be stressful but Melissa put much of that at ease the way she helped with our builder and us personally.
